Local housing project lands tax credits

The Ohio Housing Finance Agency has announced the recipients, including a project in Montgomery County, of millions of dollars in housing tax credits.

The Rising at Phoenix, a scattered site development in Dayton, received more than $526,000 in tax credits, OHFA officials said. Statewide tax credits totaled $23 million awarded to 29 developments.

Projects in Butler, Clark and Preble counties also landed tax credits, OHFA officials said.
