A Standard Register Co. product is helping make possible an agreement between Streamline Health Solutions, Inc. and a group of Cincinnati hospitals.
Streamline said Thursday Sept. 25 it has signed a five-year agreement with the Health Alliance of Greater Cincinnati group of hospitals to deploy its "accessANYware" document workflow solutions with alliance members.
Streamline Health plans to carry out the solutions in four facilities beginning the third quarter of 2008, the company said in a release. The agreement also marks Streamline Health's first sale of "Smartworks" clinical enterprise to all five hospitals of Health Alliance's business center through an alliance with Standard Register, a Dayton-based provider of custom printed documents and related services.
According to Streamline Health, Standard Register's suite of Smartworks applications support patient documentation and is easily accessible to clinicians and other hospital staff.
Albany Street-based Standard Register has about 490 employees locally and more than 3,400 total.
