MIAMI TWP. — Chief Operating Officer Bruce Langos of Teradata Corp. — one of the world's largest data warehousing and enterprise analytics companies — is featured in the Ohio Business Development Coalition's "Why Ohio?" advertising campaign, with a first appearance Wednesday in the Wall Street Journal.

Miami-Twp.-based Teradata Corp., a $1.6 billion business, recently separated from Dayton-based NCR Corp. into an independent company and chose Montgomery County for its headquarters over several competing communities.

Extras

In the advertisement, Langos talks about how in Ohio, he has been able to find the time and resources to fulfill both his professional and personal aspirations, which includes pursuing his love for animals through fund-raising and volunteer work for the Humane Society.

The Ohio Business Development Coalition is a nonprofit organization that provides marketing strategy and implementation to support Ohio's economic development efforts.
