Squirrellygirl says,….. “This is probably why DDN is not able to make money on the newspaper anymore. They are so far out of touch with the majority and what we believe.”…. If you are “in the majority” then why is Palin not the Vice President right now? Maybe you should rethink that definition you have of what “the majority” means.

why? she is a failure… She had to write a book to make some money now that she handed over the job she couldn’t complete and turned in her campaign trail clothing to the republican party.. Good luck with that Miss Sarah, no one really cares.

Now-less than one year into the community organizer’s term, the nation can finally come together, and say with one voice, that Palin, should be president.

Sounds like Alan is talking about some of the book reviews. I’m sure Mrs Palin will attract some large crowds.

This is probably why DDN is not able to make money on the newspaper anymore. They are so far out of touch with the majority and what we believe. I hope Obama doesn’t try to make tax payers fund these stupid newspapers. I like Palin, but you won’t get a fair opinion from anyone who works for this paper.

We all knew it was going to be vengeful and shallow. The question is, does it come with crayons?

I like Palin. I’m not sure she’s the right one to lead the GOP for a presidential nomination next time, but I do agree with her politics. As far as the book goes, I would have to read it myself before forming an opinion since I’ve noticed so many people dislike her, would probably give an biased opinion, and I wouldn’t be able to trust someone else’s opinion.

Some day I’m going to read a Michiko Kakutani review I agree with, but not today. Kakutani faults Palin for using her book to rip on the McCain campaign, but then plays up Palin’s beefs prominently. Given what a rotten loser Palin’s proven to be, it’s hard to imagine what kind of Veep she would have been. Think of all the opportunities Palin passed on with this book. She could have witnessed to her complicated and unusual faith, but chose not to. She could have given us some history of Alaska politics, but instead glossed over her conflicts with other Alaska Republicans. Palin certainly has insights into the problems of teen pregnancy, but barely takes note of Levi and Bristol’s relationship, going so far as to not mention Levi at all. I look forward to reading the book that fills in all the gaps left by Palin’s tome, whether it’s written by Sarah or someone else.
