Let’s see…Country fast approaching the $12.1 trillion debt ceiling (not including the 40 or so trillion required in future years to meet Medicare, social security and pension entitlements), unprecedented foreclosure numbers, high unemployment, a couple of wars and an attempt in progress to push through a bad socialist-style health plan on tax-paying citizens. Yeah, I can see why before we address any of these issues we should figure out this Jon & Kate situation.

I lived in Southern California for seven and a half painful years. I lived in Thousand Oaks and traveled all over Southern California consistently. Now, that is a place that needs focus because the state has suffered from being run by the most poorly group of politicians in the nation. You talk about a debt problem and serious social issues. Also, it is amazing that someone who criticizes others clicked on the link and even left a comment! Stupidity!

Is it just me or are Repubs getting even more nasty, radical, and threatening than usual?Socialist…multi-national dictator…raping American people—if “restoring faith” means lying and saying completely baseless things in an attempt to bully or frighten people into doing what they want, then I don’t know if I want their kind of faith restored?!? Sounds to me as if someone else needs to grow up a bit before throwing angry stones at others.

I love how everyone is hating on Kate. Is she the one who decided the grass was greener on the other side? He’s an idiot and doesn’t have any flipping common sense. No wonder Kate treated him like one of the kids. He acts like one. You shouldn’t have to ask your husband to help with you something. Especially when your dealing with 8 kids and he’s standing there watching you get stressed out. I too would’ve looked at him and said “Hello! Can ya help?” I also love how everyone claims that Kate is the media hog. Who have we been seeing in the tabloids, news, T.V, papers? Mr. Jon Gosselin himself. TLC needs to cancel the show for the good of the children and parents. It helped cause all that stress they felt like they were under. P.S. Nothing says good dad when your hanging out with the likes of Michael Lohan.

I agree with SoCal, what are we worried about Jon’s kinky sex life and Kates soon to be break down? There are more important things going on, yet we all care so much about these train wrecks. The media wont report on those things, the real side anyway. The independent news is the only news source you can trust, and eye witness accounts.

I would totally go out with Jon. The first time I saw that show I thought he seemed laid back and cool, pretty much the opposite of Kate. I guessed they wouldn’t be together for long. He doesn’t seem to care what the public thinks of him which makes him even sexier!! Also from what I’ve read, Jon only wanted the 2 kids and Kate pushed to have the other 6. Jon you rock!! Oh yeah, this isn’t an article, it’s a BLOG, learn the difference if you are going to complain about DDN’s priorities.

I agree with telene b they are great parents and so they are getting a divorce most people now adays dont even get married. They decided to be on tv and they could of said no to do this season but they didnt. I for one do watch the show because kate does do some projects that I like and do with my son. Plus they places they take the kids are really neat. It is their life not yours and they chose for us to be a part of it you would probally be in the same spot that they are in if you had your whole life tapped and had to deal with what they are dealing with. So stop judging them and start looking at yourself and deal with your own life. If you dont like the show or them then dont watch the show or read about jon and kate its that simple.

I can tell from reading these comments not everyone watched the show. Jon was always lazy and Kate had to tell him to help and what to do. I think he is loving his new found life and could care less about the eight kids. I don’t believe in staying together for the sake of kids but I also don’t agree with all of the stuff he has done with these women. This will hurt his kids in the long run. I still hope one of these days Kate can find a real man that loves her and the kids. I will still watch the show without Jon but I will NOT watch his show if he gets one.
