Michael Jackson’s doc a deadbeat dad?
The doctor suspected in Michael Jackson’s death is a deadbeat dad, according to a Nevada court records.
A bench warrant was recommended Wednesday, Oct. 7, in Clark County Family Court for the arrest of Dr. Conrad Murray, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
Michael Jackson’s personal doctor has owed more than $13,000 in child support payments to a Californian woman.
Murray has a history of unpaid child support, the newspaper reports. Prosecutors have trying to get money from him since February 2002.
As a result, the prosecutors office plans to ask Nevada’s medical board to suspend Murray’s license to practice medicine, the newspaper reports.
The cardiologist is the doctor who unsuccessfully tried to revive Michael Jackson with CPR. The King of Pop died June 25. Murray has been named the target of a manslaughter probe headed by Los Angeles police.
The Los Angeles County coroner has ruled Michael Jackson’s death a homicide.
