Jon and Kate Gosselin head to court
UPDATE: A judge on Tuesday, Oct. 13, told Jon and Kate to play nice, put missing money back in a joint account and get this, think about the best interest of their eight kids. WHAT!!! Why would parents do that (sarcasm)? Read TMZ’s blog entry here.
EARLIER: Everyone’s favorite TV mommy and daddy are off to court, according to TMZ.com.
The website is streaming video from the courthouse in Pennsylvania.
Jon and Kate Gosselin are in court over greed, I mean money.
Unfortunate the arbitrator hearing their complaints is neither Judge Judy nor Nancy Grace.
Kate filed court papers saying Jon took more than 230,000 bucks from a joint account. Jon fired back, saying Kate took more than S60,000. He wants to know what happen to $1 million that is missing, according to the New York Daily News.

What I want to know is, how to THEY get to court so fast? My fiancee has been fighting with her ex for YEARS and the court system always schedules the next court day out MONTHS away. Their son will be in his teens or (college) by the time they actually get around to addressing the issue. In Dayton, the appeal process takes about 9 months!!!
