Heather Locklear arrested
You’d think Heather Locklear would have learned something about the law from her time on “T.J. Hooker.”
The ageless actress is in trouble with the law again.
Authorities say Locklear was arrested on a misdemeanor hit-and-run charge for knocking over a “no-parking sign” Saturday morning near her home in Ventura County, Calif and fled the scene, People magazine reports.
Authorities tracked debris from the accidents to Locklear’s black 2005 BMW, People reports.
They suspect she drove up on the curb and hit the sign. There is no evidence that alcohol was involved.
Locklear’s camp isn’t admitting anything.
“Ms. Locklear was cited with a misdemeanor traffic ticket as she is the registered owner of the vehicle. She was never taken into custody,” her attorney Blair Berk told People. “The matter is still being looked into as it is not yet clear who was driving the vehicle.”
Locklear was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance charge in 2008, but plead guilty in 2009 to lesser charges.

It could be a custom made BMW. Folks do that on occasion.
