Christina Aguilera files for divorce

Marriage is no longer so “Beautiful” for Christina Aguilera.

Just days after confirming reports that she had separated from Jordan Bratman, the 29-year-old vampish singer took the next step and filed for divorce, U.S. Magazine says.

Its been a very big week for celebrity splits. Divorce seems all the rage.

Courteney Cox and David Arquette are doing it and so are musician Ben Harper and actress Laura Dern.

TMZ claims that Aguilera cheated on her former main man, but is the one who filed papers citing “irreconcilable differences.”

There is supposedly a prenup so it seems Bratman’s lifestyle is about to change.

The couple have a 2-year-old son.
