Bengals: Chad’s surgery ‘without complication’
RIGHT ANKLE SCOPE A SUCCESS
AS CHAD GOES UNDER THE KNIFE
The Cincinnati Bengals confirmed that wide receiver Chad Johnson underwent successful arthroscopic surgery on his right ankle today, June 18, in Cincinnati.
The Bengals said in a 1:32 P.M. news release that the procedure was performed by Bengals orthopedic surgeon Angelo Colosimo, and was completed without complication.
The team stated that Johnson’s ankle is expected to be ready in time for training camp.
The Bengals report to training camp at Georgetown (Ky.) College on July 27, with the first practice scheduled on July 28.

Chad’s body might be ready but will his mind and attitude be there? It’s his choice, ankle OR mind. I trust in the ankle, I just don’t think he’s got his mind right to go along with it. Chad has more to prove about being ready that doesn’t involve his ankle! I for one believe that he’s given us all that he’s going to give, especially on the football field.By K

You should have had three choices: Yes, No, and Who Cares. Until he has a birthday (grows up) my favorite receiver will be TJ.By g money

I think that chad is one of the best playmakers in the game today but his mouth some times just gets in the way. If he would just play football and look to win the game on sunday like tj i think the team would be in the superbowl in feburary.By g money

Chuck, I think you are the reason we are getting sick of CJ. Get off it dude. Report something else, this horse has been dead for awhile now. How do you still have a job if you can’t come up with interesting topics and new news?By dave
