4th grader collecting shoes for other children

Meg Schwieterman is a fourth grader at Incarnation School who has a desire to help children who need a good pair of shoes. She puts it this way, “Each year my school has a gym shoe drive for the kids in Graham, Ky., a poor community.” She said, “I am upset because this year we have only collected 30 pair of shoes when we usually have 200.” Meg has been calling shoe stores and department stores, and has not experienced good luck in her search. She is looking for new shoes, sized for children of all ages. “Everyone deserves a pair of shoes,” Meg said. “Please help me collect at least 10 more pair of shoes.” If you can help, get in touch with me and I will forward your message to Meg.
