Molester gets six-decade sentence
DAYTON — A Huber Heights man convicted of molesting a boy was sentenced to 66 years and 6 months in prison on Wednesday, April 21.
After a jury trial, Keith D. Hauptstueck, 55, was convicted April 13 of five counts of rape, three counts of gross sexual imposition and one count of sexual battery. Some of the counts specified that the boy was under 13 at the time of the offense.
Hauptstueck was indicted in early January and arrested at 5137 Pocono Drive by Huber Heights police. Police interviewed the boy, now older than 13, late last year after someone close to him made the allegations.
