Where is the justice in this city. The thugs are taking over our neighborshoods and the judicial system is allowing them to do it. The police arrest the same criminals time and time again for the same crimes repeatedly…. lets lock them up and make our city safer!

It’s pretty bad when the criminals can tell the cops that are arresting them how many hours they will actually spend in jail. If you want people to come to Dayton, quit letting out the idiots you arrest!!

A justice system is one that stands for the justice of the victims, not the criminal. We all hear “innocent until proven guilty”, but 7 months to face charges in court? 7 months to live as innocent amongst the innocent? How many more victims do you want? How much worse do you want his crimes to get? Let him out and you’ll see…but then again, he’s INNOCENT…right?

Funny how most of the people locked up in Montgomery County jail are just non-violent offenders who don’t pay child support or simple probation violators and the real criminals just get let loose rather than locked up.

They’re trying (court system) to keep it even on races so the black guyhas a little drugs, no problem, let him loose, the white guy owes 6 thousand in child support 6 months prison. It is a fair system cause Judge says there’s plenty jobs in Dayton. So please be nice to the judicial system and remember to vote again for mayor mchat. Thank you.

They are so concerned about protecting the wealthy neighborhoods, that when it comes to policing the inner city, they could care less so they cut all the funding for police because they call it “Big Government”. The Reason we have so many repeat offenders is because there are no jobs in Dayton. A lot of my friends who came back for the summer have been unable to find jobs. Even with a year or so of college under they’re best they are not getting hired. They’re are good kids that are coming back from school doing crimes just to have some money to go back to school with. I mean when you have no other way to feed you’re family or pay for school what would you do. In his case he was just plain stupid.

Or is it just easier to listen to the peanut gallery? It would be too easy to educate you on this matter, so instead, I challenge you to look into things for yourself. Like, for example, the political affiliation of our county prosecutor (and company) and, also, the majority of our bench.

Mat heck’s underling Attorney ELIZABETH C: SCOTT, (0076045) allowed Nooks on 08/08/2008 to PLEAD GUILTY COUNT G - AGGRAVATED ROBBERY (DEADLY WEAPON). In front of judge FROELICH even though the case was assigned to langer. On 8/21/08. Your favorite judge langer. SENTENCED nooks TO 5 YRS COMMUNITY CONTROL for a first degree felony while using an illegal firearm. Nooks was out of prison free to walk up to a car occupied by the father of his slain son and murder Dwight Hardy. I do not understand how it is that nooks walks up to a man takes aim and murders Hardy and mat heck and his assistants erin liegh claypoole #0068154 and eric t michener #0074559 only prosecutes nooks for voluntary manslaughter. The court records have not been updated at this time so I do not know the actual sentence for this murderer. Lying lou grieco is not to be trusted. This is not the first time that langer and mat heck has released a gun toting drug using felon to the street only to have them murder an innocent person six weeks later. One other case is when langer and mat heck illegally released kyle mcclendon for weapons under disability and 2 other gun charges only to have him murder an Aeronautical engineering student in cold blood for no reason. Judge langer is very afraid to judge or he just doest care. Langer is 100% responsible for at least two murders of innocent people.

Matt Heck only cares about a high conviction rate. They plea out cases, throw away gun specs so they can get guilty pleas. Criminals all tell you they do crimes in Montgomery County because if they get caught, nothing will happen to them. The entire prosecutor’s office lacks balls.

The shame is when you have over 700 inmates in the county jail, 80-90 in the juvinile detention center, and only God knows how many in the city jail…Dayton has become a city of murder, robbery, drugs, and any type of crimminal acts that exist…It’s time for these judges to stepup and lock these people up..So many are repeat offenders…they know the jails are full and the judges are loaded down with cases…it’s a shame when you let the “lesser” criminals out to walk the streets again, UNTIL THE NEXT TIME….DAYTON HAS A SORRY CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM…The police are just wasting their time and risking their life…Give them 24 hours and a plea and out the door they go…time after time, after time..I moved out of Dayton…I’m to old to f… around with the crimminal element that Dayton is experiencing…The crime is out of control, the Mayor and the city only worry about festivals and downtown…They need to take a ride, beyond downtown and see the neighborhoods,people just hanging around, waiting to break the law…Salem Ave, Gettysburg, Third St., James H. McGee, Germantown…I originate from the east coast, and 30 years ago Dayto was a city of pride and performance…Today it is a city of embaressment…Shame on our leaders…people are living in a “war-zone”…and you wonder why people are leaving…Andy, Barney and Goober ran Mayberry better…
