Birthing simulator interesting example of technology in the classroom

The technology used in the classroom is just getting more and more unbelievable. Take nursing and medical students who use high-tech simulators to practice responding to unusual medical situations.

Coming Sunday, I’ll have a business story about the growing prevalence of technology in the medical college and university classroom.

Nearly 100 medical educators gathered at Bethany Village Continuing Care Retirement Community last week to learn more about what technology is available to them. One of the most interesting was Gaumard Scientific’s birthing simulator, which videographer Chris Griffith filmed.
