Desire to Get “Freaky” Lands Pair in Jail
ENGLEWOOD June 9 Officers were dispatched to the 700 block of Union Road after a complainant reported a female stole $200 from him. The complainant advised the female “kinda hugged” him in his apartment and that’s when she took the money from his pants. The female was located outside and denied taking the complainant’s money. She advised the complainant didn’t have any money. She also stated, “OK, this how it is. I’ll be honest wit ya. See, this guy (pointing at the complainant) he picked me up on Rosedale. We made a deal. He asked me if I would get freaky with him then he would pay me and I said, ‘yeah.’ ” An officer asked if she was saying that the complainant picked her up and offered her money for sex; the subject said yes. She also said that when they got back to the apartment, the complainant didn’t have any money so they smoked crack. She denied having sex with the complainant because she said she was on her cycle. The subject pulled out a wad of napkins to show the officer. She was taken to jail for prostitution and the complainant was arrested on a charge of soliciting prostitution.
