Дисней и Пиксар отдыхают! Скоро ожидается пресс-конференция компании Д3 Медиа групп, где нам покажут до чего доросла российская анимация и что мы все-таки что-то можем. В планах, насколько я знаю, показать целых 2 анимационных полных метра. Один из них сделан по «Мастеру и Маргарите» Булгакова. Думаю, интересно взглянуть какого плана получатся фильмы, по Мастеру и Маргарите, на мой взгляд, пока не было хорошей визуализации.

Раньше он очень заботился о матери, а сейчас даже не разговаривает с ней. Даже купить лекарства и продукты он отказывается. Соседку по-человечески жалко. Она впала в ужасную депрессию, говорит, что потерял свой блеска обоих сыновей. И еще младший сын в последствии такого, как она пригрозила ему, что подаст на него в суд на алименты, пригрозил продать квартиру по дешевке выходцам из южных стран СНГ. Теперь соседка хочет расприватизировать квартиру через суд, мотивируя тем, что в момент подписания согласия на приватизацию она была очень больна и фактически не отвечала за свои поступки и что сделала она это под угрозами младшего сына. Возможно ли это? И может ли действительно сын продать квартиру с прописанной там матерью. Знаю, что по суду ее не выпишут.

Во дворе одного из домов недалеко от моего дома живет много кошек в подвале, я описала ситуацию одной девушке-волонтеру из этого приюта, она рекомендует хотя бы котят по вполне вероятности отдать в приют, остальных может стерилизовать, но это стоит немалых денег. В общем что сможем сделаем. Рассказала ситуацию своему парню по тел. я так и знала что он скептически к этому отнесется, нет бы поддержать, похвалить, а он “это безумная идея, как ты будешь их ловить” ну что за бред? И так как многие люди такие, они считают помощь животным безумством, почем не наоборот? Матери собственной я даже и не собираюсь пока ничего говорить, единственная отмазка “всем не несомненно поможешь” позволяет прикрываться и вообще никакому животному не помогать.

Как говорилось на Soki.tv Прошу помощи. Предстоит аборт..он у меня первый, беременности никогда не было! Мне 22. Аборт буду делать на сроке 1,5 месяца. Очень страшно, тк никаких операций в жизни у меня не было и наркоза боюсь..Бывают так как смертельные случаи. Собираюсь делать операционный аборт, тк говорят что таблетка больше опасно-большая доза гармонов+в первую очередь все точно еще приходится делать выскабливание. Аборт я буду делать даром в роддоме, говорят там профессионалы. В приватную идти боюсь. Может порекомендуете, куда можно пойти,чтобы без последствий? Я из Москвы. Уже 2 месяца встречаюсь с парнем, все у нас (тьфу-тьфу), хорошо - он чуткий, заботливый, отзывчивый, но… Есть одно НО: он каждый день с теплом вспоминает о собственной бывшей… Точнее она (судя по его словам) не абсолютно была его девушкой - у него был курортный роман с замужней (т.е. с ней). Но пребывание мужа не помешало ей иметь с ним связь (у моего тогда никого не было). Он даже приезжал в её город (она живет в Красноярске, соседнем регионе), и они там втайне от её мужа продолжали свои отношения. Теперь мой молодой человек созванивается с этой дамой некоторое количество раз в год, а в последствии очередного диалога с ней мне сообщает что она звонила, и буквально неделю про неё вспоминает, но меня убеждает, что она ему “чисто друг”…Что делать? Меня, в случае в случае если откровенно это задевает, я начинаю думать, что она - это и есть главная любовь его жизни, а я - так себе, извините за выражение “девочка напотрахаться”… Прошу, помогите советом, как мне быть? Как пишут на Soki.tv Мне 27, я стройная привлекательная. У меня красавец благоверный, в постели он страстен, изобретателен и неутомим, делает все, для того доставить мне наслаждение. Но не смотря на все это я очень тяжело возбуждаюсь. И дело не в том что я фригидная. Как писали в Soki.tv Девушки, рассудите. Я развелась с мужем 2 года назад после 12 лет совместной жизни (общих детей у нас нет). Инициатором развода была я. Не буду вдаваться в подробности, образы серьезные. Думала о разводе несколько лет, предупреждала, но подтолкнула встреча с моим нынешним мужем. Влюбилась и ушла. БМ долго и своеобразно переживал. Я постаралась, чтобы мы остались друзьями. Он требует постоянной няне, жене-матери, поэтому его поспешных браке (через 3 месяца после развода) меня очень порадовала. Познакомилась с его женой, все у них хорошо. Несколько лет назад, когда мы еще были в браке, в БМ умерли родители, и он “задружил” с моей мамой, типа сынуля. Отцу БМ никогда не нравился, а мама его обожала (Нынешний мой муж, наоборот, нравится больше отцу). Они с моей мамой очень похожи уровнем и качеством выпендрежа, поэтому у нее к нему повышенная симпатия. Я - папина дочка:). Материально родителей поддерживала только я, да и, вообще, БМ - весьма жадный. Думаю, именно это в сочетании с выпивкой и невыносимым после нее поведением, и было причиной распада всех его браков. То есть, сынуля он моей мамочки на “ля-ля”, а как помочь нужно (даже просто одолжить денег, не дать, а занять, или чем-то помочь им чисто физически) - “они - не мои, а твои родители, ты и обращайся “. Мои родители живут в другом городе и приезжают в гости изредка. После развода он систематически звонит моей маме и, уже оскорбляя следующую (четвертую!) жену, жалуется, как ему одиноко, грустно, как он все еще меня любит, чем задевает “правильные струны” маминой душе. Во всем этом - сплошная фальшь, но фальшь приятная пожилой женщине, отнюдь не наивной. И вот недавно родители приехали ко мне снова. Он, узнав, сильно возбудился, позвал их в горсти, и они … пошли знакомиться с ним и его новой женой! Отец не хотел, но мама настояла. Я восприняла это как предательство матери. Чуть не померла я тогда, таким ударом тогда это для меня было… абсолютно по-другому посмотрю в данный момент на это. Долго я выкарабкивалась из этого – буквально год, и сумела я это отпустить только тогда, когда сама стала общаться в соцсети с одним мужчиной. Он сам меня там нашел, мы с ним из одного городка, зашел на мою страничку, отпустил любезность, и началось…. Очень долго, буквально год мы общались обо всем – о наших семьях, детях, машинах, политике, религии – ну просто обо всем, засиживались буквально до утра… далее продолжу в следующем сообщении, не укладываюсь в количество символов.. По данным 2NT.ru Люди, сижу в соплях, на грани еще не решила чего. Ситуация такая. У меня есть молодой человек, которого уже все считали буквально мужем. Отношения - сложные, но уже 8 лет длятся. Он буквально каждый день был не без греха, но я закрывала глаза. В августе ездил в Крым сам, приехал - ничего, все нормально, общая кровать и все дела. По данным 2NT.ru Проблема вот у меня - я никак не могу “слезть” с всевозможных ментолово-мятных конфет, жвачки, леденцов итд. Просто маниакальная потребность каждый день есть что-то сильно-мятное, чтоб аж во рту горело. Чищу зубы по нескольку раз в день, пасту выбираю также сильно-мятную. Началось все во время беременности, страшно подсела на все это, мучительно давались ограничения, так как химия это все страшная, естесственно. И в данный момент вот 3 года прошло, а я все никак не могу победить эту наркоманию. Конфеты Рондо употребляются уже в каких-то промышленных масштабах, со мной буквально каждый день так же и эфирное масло мяты, упиваюсь этим запахом. Что это, отчего так? Может, не хватает чего-то организму, кто знает, подскажите? Смешно, но у меня аж ломки, в случае в случае если я день не съем свои конфетки. Sorry to hear about your frustrations with poker, but i guess thats the nature of the game. Doing everything right, and still losing is extremely difficult to overcome, but maybe taking a break and spending time away from tournament poker will allow you to be refreshed and rejuvenated, and remember why you love tournament poker so much. On second thought, she probably should now be prosecuted for misuse of government office, taxpayer’s money, and other things. She knew what she was doing, and did it anyway. It’s a violation of the office, a serious one, shouldn’t she have to pay mucho for that offense? If not, then how can the taxpayers trust anything about the government, that other even more serious offenses are not covered up? Just letting her walk away unscathed is not enough, certainly not enough.

Score a couple of points for free speech! Openness in government is good. Keep whistleblowers protected and power abusers in fear. Now more than ever, we need to have confidence in our government. The most disturbing development of 2008 was the revelation that the Anthrax killer was on the payroll of the Federal government. How many other kooks are hiding in the reeds? Call them out! I suspect you aren’t an expert on labor law, state agencies, or Ms. Jones Kelley, either. But you certainly can have an opinion. So can I. And my opinion is that what the rabbling crowd is on about here - in this string of posts - is the same mother humping thing that the Adminstration has been doing for the same exact reasons. I know what I read in the paper, what I get online, or see on a broadcast. Doesn’t make me an expert on any of it. But is does give me basis for asking a question about blatant hypocrisy - to wit, how is abusing the “terrorsit watch list” to actually interfere in the lives of law abiding veterans less of a crime than abusing the state child support database to pry into the life of a tax cheat? They’re both wrong, unless you are Ms. Beasley - in which case you can only make that determination until you know the party affiliation of the culprit. BTW - you don’t know what liberal means at all. Webster’s (I think you said to check Webster, right?) tenth edition defines liberal as “generous, ample, full….broad-minded”. Webster’s thesaurus does a better job - “free, advanced, ample, tolerant, progressive” among others. You know, the opposite of - conservative. Do you even own a dictionary?

It’s got nothing to do with what Mr. Wurzelbacher did, it’s to do with his politics. It’s wrong in Mr. Wurzelbacher’s case, and it’s wrong in all others as well. Normally I would not dare comment on any ones mistakes because I have made alot in my own life. But I have read some of these stupid and racist comments and felt i needed to let my opinion be known. Yes this woman made a mistake but linking her to the reason why Obama won Ohio is absurd. Also the reason why Obama won is because America wanted a change and some of these people writing their stupid comments probably voted for him. We are losing a great state employee who made a huge mistake but please quit blowing it out of proportion. And as far as jail time did any of those white officers go to jail after they beat Rodney King that would be a no!!!

What hasn’t been commented on, & seems perhaps politically/electorially motivated, is that the allegations of Ms. Jones-Kelley’s actions were known & widely reported before the November 4 Election. “Action,” as an unpaid leave-of-absence, wasn’t taken until after the election (November 7). (you always need to look at the time-line.) This may seem to some, (myself included) to have been politically motivated, & to assure that Ohio voters weren’t distracted/disenfranchised in a local political scandal, & it’s “Swing-State” capacity of Electorial Votes was able to be cast in a certain direction. Just as when the AG became an embarrassment to the party this past April, this could not be permitted to be a discreding distraction before such a “historic” election. (By the way, what’s so much more “historic” about this election that in any other presidential election? What hasn’t been commented on, & seems perhaps politically/electorially motivated, is that the allegations of Ms. Jones-Kelley’s actions were known & widely reported before the November 4 Election. “Action,” as an unpaid leave-of-absence, wasn’t taken until after the election (November 7). This may seem to some, (myself included) to have been politically motivated, & to assure that Ohio voters weren’t distracted/disenfranchised in a local political scandal, & it’s “Swing-State” capacity of Electorial Votes was able to be cast in a certain direction. Just as when the AG became an embarrassment to the party this past April, this could not be permitted to be a discreding distraction before such a “historic” election. (By the way, what’s so much more “historic” about this election that in any other presidential election? More good news. “Two top-level members of Jones-Kelley’s staff also will be leaving the department, said agency spokeswoman Scarlett Bouder. Fred Williams, the department’s assistant director, will resign effective Jan. 31 and the agency is revoking Doug Thompson’s position as deputy director of child support effective Dec. 22, she said. Both had been suspended from their positions after being implicated in the computer records search. Ohio lawmakers are expected to pass a bill Thursday that requires state agencies to determine proper circumstances for records to be checked and to authorize only specific individuals to perform those checks.” I don’t think we need a bill. The rules were already in place and should have been followed. I guess we need a bill because the Governor did not do his job of firing these people.

Rob, Rob, Rob: Eric Sherfen is a “nice” man. And you know this how? Personal knowledge? Unlikely. Again, we can argue over who makes the list and why. But someone’s original point, perhaps yours, was that Joe is the same as a terrorist suspect. Again, the discussion goes towards getting the necessary documentation to present before the FISC court. That is why we have the debate. If we don’t go to the,court, presumably “nice” men like Mr. Sherfen can end up with their own lives destroyed. So to repeat, the issue IS with bypassing the court. How do you fail to see this very simple point?? At some point, you should turn off Air America and try reading something other than the Daily Kos.

Ms. Beasley, you might want to check the screw setting on your own head. Apparently, it’s not as “straight” as you think it is. The issues are not apples and oranges - they are precisely the same. The question has never been whether we should wiretap or not. Fair enough - then the same statement applies to the department Ms. Jones Kelly headed. The question is not whether or not they should check their records. The issue then, is check records on whom by whom and for what reason. The FISA issue is the same - EXACTLY. There are 820,000 names on the terrorist watch list. One of those names is a nice man named Eric Sherfen who is an American, a commercial airline pilot, and a Gulf War veteran. Why is his livelihood being hindered, why he subjected to invasions of privacy, and on and on. It’s the same exact issue - who did this to him and for what reason. Lacking any reason besides political motivation - I would expect individuals such as yourself to demand the same exact accountability from those who are abusing their positions in violation of the law in the Bush Adminstration. And also, last time I checked - absolutely ZERO information about Joe from the deaprtment in question ever hit the street. The “system” in place caugh the breach and it was self-reported. That’s a far sight better than we’re getting in a ton of other documented violations in other governemnt entities.

Laura, You may be able to minimize what she did, but many here that have their head screwed on straight cannot. She didn’t just ‘support’ Obama as you claim. She violated the civil rights of a private citizen. And she did this not only with company resources but on the company dime. Helen Jones-Kelley turned Montgomery County Children Services around after years of child deaths at the hands of their parents and relatives. She deserved her post to the State and indeed made a mistake. Who hasn’t? The majority of comments I read below know nothing about Ms. Jones-Kelley other than her race and the fact that she supported Obama. It completely disregards her years of service to this community and the State. I do not know Ms. Jones-Kelley personally, but I do know she has done a lot for Montgomery County. This loss is bigger than Joe the Plummer for Montgomery County and the State of Ohio. Ms. Jones-Kelley - this is one white female who supports you and hopes you find your way back into public service!

So much for Govie’s campaign promise to end corruption in Ohio Government. Her resignation letter did not admit to her criminal actions of invasion of private information and of using her office and State computer’s to raise campaign funds. She did say she was proud of her accomplishments. Yes it was her, and more like her, that put another “associate in crime” in the White House. If we were to have honest and fair reporting of the facts Obama may not have been elected. The press glossed over this and numerous other criminal acts to elect the most liberal candidate in history. She did the right thing by resigning - it was appropriate. I don’t agree she should do jail time though, jails are crowded enough so let’s save that space for people we don’t want on the streets. My question is though, why on earth are we paying these people such high salaries?? With the economy the way it is the Gov needs to look at how top heavy it is and really trim the fat. I know so many Government employees that, frankly, are overpaid, and as a tax payer in these economic times it infuriates me. Jones-Kelley should have apologized for her actions though, and the report wasn’t clear on whether or not she was guilty of raising funds for Obama using her work computer.

I have to agree with CaTaylor. I suppose there may have been some small rationale for checking on JtP, but fund raising for a political candidate on taxpayers time and equipment? If I or one of my co-workers at our public agency had been caught doing that, we would not have been put on paid leave, we would have been on unpaid leave, perhaps permanently! She knew better. By Lynn Hulsey Staff Writer Wednesday, December 17, 2008 DAYTON � Ohio House Speaker Jon Husted, R-Kettering, must appear on Jan. 7 before the Montgomery County Board of Elections, which is investigating whether he lives in his district at the Kettering address where he is registered to vote, the board decided on Tuesday, Dec. 16. A letter will be sent to Husted outlining what documents the board is requesting he provide to prove his residency, said Steve Harsman, board director. Requests for an investigation came from a Kettering Republican and a liberal nonprofit group after an Oct. 18 Dayton Daily News story raised new questions about Husted’s residency. Husted, who could not be reached for comment, says his home is at 148 Sherbrooke Ave. in Kettering. However, he said he sometimes stays with his wife, Tina, in an Upper Arlington house she owns because the demands of his job as House Speaker frequently keep him in Columbus. Jon and Tina have a daughter and Jon has a son from his first marriage. Husted took an apartment in Columbus shortly after becoming 37th District representative in 2001 and bought a Columbus condominium in 2003. He became speaker and married Tina in 2005. They co-owned a Columbus condominium they sold in 2007. Husted’s wife is registered to vote at the Upper Arlington home. Husted rarely had official business scheduled on his calendar after mid-August, when the House was not in session this year, according to a daily calendar provided by his office. It also shows few trips to his district. A travel expense report Husted signed for a 2005 trip to a conference in Las Vegas listed his home address as 911 Manor Lane, Columbus, which was the first condo he owned. A 2005 traffic citation handled in Upper Arlington Mayor’s court also lists that as his home address. In January Husted will take office as a sixth district senator. Ohio law requires that legislators live in their district. In October the Daily News reported that Jon and Tina Husted had simultaneously claimed homes in Upper Arlington and Kettering as “principal” residences and taken property tax breaks for owner-occupied homes on them. They also claimed the condo they co-owned as a principal residence, while claiming the same tax break on homes in Kettering and Upper Arlington. Tina was ordered by Franklin County Auditor Joe Testa to repay the tax break for the condominium. Testa said he considers the matter closed. Montgomery County Auditor Karl Keith said he believes Husted qualifies for the tax break in Kettering, and he said state payroll records list it as Husted’s home. “If the board of elections determines that his voter registration is invalid at that address then I will have to take another look,” Keith said. If I drive a school bus for 30 yrs and do a good job, have a great safety record, then do something stupid, like show up to work intoxicated. Guess what happens? I lose or get suspended from my job/career. This is no different. If we don’t reprimand or discpline people for their wrong actions we would never progress as a society. She should of been fired. If she had any dignity and was a true “servant” she would of resigned 2 months ago,thus getting herself, the state and the democratic party out of the public spotlight. Had she done that it would of better protected herself and her familys safety. Instead she tried to save her 100k. yr job and in the meantime the state of Ohio spent another 50K+ providing protection for her and her family, for jones-kelley to quit anyway. At least she did resign, eventually I think the bigger issue now is why wasn’t she fired by the governer and why does Jones-Kelley think she did no wrong?

She should be prosecuted in addition to being fired. If I were to write a letter criticizing a Democrat Governor or Mayor, how could I have confidence that I would not be investigated in the same way? This was shameful and the fact that Strickland didn’t fire her immediately speaks volumes about his concern for the rights of the public to freely express themselves in political matters.

She was probably told to go. I am glad she is gone, because what she did was very wrong. It should not be tolerated in a democratic society. That said she has paid a very high price for her mistake. She lost a very well paying job not to mention her loss of status and there is no upside for her. She got carried away. And if she found some dirt on Joe the Plumber it would have been all over national news as part of an effort to dis-credit him because she did not agree with his political views. So no the punishment is not too harsh. I am glad the employee who brought it to the attention of the inspector general did so. She did the right thing. Her boss should have known better.

I have to admit that I am surprised that it got this far over funneling illegal info to the Obama campaign about Joe the Plumber. She deserves to lose her job, if not have criminal charges pressed! I think she knew she was doing wrong, and then lied about it being business as usual. I think it is strange that she suggests that her safety is an issue, if that were true, it would surely be all over the news that this Democrat, caught red-handed, has reason to fear for safety. Meanwhile, the same mainstream media is completely ignoring the actual hate crime of arson against Republican Sarah Palin’s church in Alaska, this past week.

At the level of this woman’s job, ethics and personal accountability are essential. She showed that she cannot be trusted by doing the illegal search of ‘Joe the Plumber’s’ records. She has proven she does not have the ethical nor honest behavior to hold such a position of public trust. MC…she did goof up and make a bad decision…but it is one that should cost her the public trust she held. And…I believe she resigned because she feared that a further investigation might uncover that Joe the Plumber is not the first person she has ‘investigated’ illegally! Let’s hope she does not end up in any other government position of trust.

adios!!! you proved you are a political appointee. You GROSSLY invaded a taxpayer’s privacy and used state equipment and accounts to support a blantly partisan fund raising effort. Gov Ted’s suspension was feckless. You should be prosecuted for what you did insted of getting a couple of weeks off WITH pay. Your sad attempt to hide behind your “legacy” is truly pathetic.

So what if she looked up info on him. He put himself out there in the public eye and his actions begged others to look into him and we found out the loser that he is.
