Greenville attorney suspended
The Ohio Supreme Court on Tuesday, Nov. 17, suspended a Greenville attorney’s law license for six months for violating a court’s gag order and then lying to the court about it.
While serving as appointed defense counsel for a child accused of setting a fire that killed five people, attorney David Rohrer violated the trial court’s gag order by indirectly leaking a document to the Darke County Daily Advocate newspaper, the Supreme Court found. The newspaper ran a story based on the leaked document. Later, during a court hearing, Rohrer made misleading statements about his role in the leak.
The Supreme Court said Rohrer’s conduct violated the discipline rules that prohibit knowingly making a false statement to a tribunal, knowingly disobeying a rule or order of a court, engaging in conduct that reflects adversely on an attorney’s fitness to practice law, engaging in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice, and engaging in conduct that involves fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation.

Did supremes consider “prosecutorial misconduct” ? Ok to interrogate a 10 year old lost his mom in a fire without a guardian’s consent? & without a Court appointed defense attorney? Supreme protection for continued lawyerly child persecution at taxpayer expense? Supremely sad.

Local court judge rules attorneys not allowed to talk about arson - (i.e., gag order). Defense attorney files MOTION in the PUBLIC Court. Copy of MOTION (i.e, public document) taken by staff to the newspaper. Newspaper reads, investigates, & then REPORTS on information making it completely public. Hmm- was a DEVIOUS plot concocted by ???…SPOILED? Adding insult?- Supreme Court rules BAD DEFENSE Lawyer. Hmm…just like TRILLIONS $ given to FEDERAL RESERVE has trickled down to MAIN ST….for jobs? Ask your Congressman to Audit the Federal Reserve…. Only 311 out of total 435 Congressmen are cosponsors.

For crying out loud, is anyone really shocked that an attorney would do this? The entire occupation is filled with liars and thieves. Look at the evening commercials, if you stub your toe, someone gives you a mean look we will sue and you will get MONEY. We’re on your side, as long as there’s a load of money we can steal from your share. Lawyers are ruining this country and are responsible for part of the huge expense of the healthcare industry. Witnesses, police, jurors all have to swear to tell the truth in court, who doesn’t? The lawyers.
