The two-day statewide canvass to meet “friends and neighbors” will be on Saturday, Jan. 9, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and on Sunday, Jan. 10, from 1:30-4:30 p.m. at locations across the state, her campaign said.

Brunner, Ohio secretary of state, is running for the Democratic nomination against Lt. Gov. Lee Fisher for the Senate seat being vacated by Republican George Voinovich who is retiring.

Rob Portman, a former U.S. House member from suburban Cincinnati, and Cleveland-area car dealer Tom Ganley are seeking the GOP nomination.

You cool-aid drinkers that think Brunner isn’t tied to hip with ACORN need to wake -up. Brunner allowed the widespread voter fraud to occur using ACORN for Obama. Thousaands of student double voted, felons, homeless and others. To fix the problem is easy…voter ID cards, which Brunner opposes.

Ignorance is bliss. Im not taking sides here. Republican or Democrate, politics is politics. So I ask, what does Acorn have to do with her message? Nothing at all I would suggest. Are you Republicans(or latent racist) against are US army because a few soldiers performed bad deeds in the uniform. NO. So why would you be against Acorn because of a few idiots in their organization. Dont believe everything you see and hear on Fox/fixed News. Go out and hear what she has to say. then comment on what you agree or disagree with. Thats the type of debate that makes America strong. Do you attack GOP think tank organizations who financially back and organize the Tea Bag movement and call it a grassroots movement when its not. No. why? because its just Politics as ususal when it benifits your party. complain pleas, but do it with some commonsence, do it with a good heart.

I’m sure Brunner’ and ACORN will turn out thousands of felon’s and other losers who’ll cast their vote for a quart of beer, piece of crack or carton of cig’s. It worked for Obama. Dem’s have no shame….

ACORN is a nut isn’t it? I’m sure the Grand Ol’ Party will get the good ol’ boys to scare off law abiding citizens from voting (Read: prevent “voter fraud”). Maybe the GOP will turn to a poll tax? Jeesh …

The GOP candidates should campaign for low wages and every man for himself. Lets not forget, elimination of Medicare and SSI.

I thought she had ACORN to do that. Maybe she no longer wants to be associated with that organization.

How’s she going to get ACORN to go work in the cold?
