Sen. Brown applauds Kagan’s confirmation
U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, praised the Senate’s confirmation of Elena Kagan as the newest U.S. Supreme Court justice.
“During her confirmation process, Solicitor General Kagan demonstrated a deep respect for the law and a thorough understanding of the critical issues of the day,” Brown said in a press release on Thursday, Aug. 5.
“She will have the opportunity to consider a number of issues in the coming years as an associate justice on the Supreme Court. I hope she will resist the drift toward judicial activism that produced the Citizens United decision, overturning a century of jurisprudence to give large corporations too big a voice in our elections.”
Brown voted to confirm Kagan while Sen. George Voinovich, R-0hio, voted against her confirmation.

Republicans seem to forget that the Republican National Committee’s own medical insurance policy contained coverage for “elective abortions”. Where is the outrage?

Guess what people? Democrats are pro-life and pro-choice. Think about it. OF COURSE this was a political move. The difference between a Democrat and a Republican? Dems don’t claim to be God. Just remember: Jesus the Savior wants you to vote Democrat! There how do YOU like it?

The truth is there for everyone to see. Now come November we will see if enough people are outraged to actually do something about the problem or is this all just feel good lip service. I trust we all step up to the plate and make every vote count.

Are you telling me there was no better qualified person in the land on Constitutional issues? Of course there was, but this wasn’t about judicial ability, it was pure liberal politics.

Why of course A$$ Clown Brown supported Kagan. Lets impartially review the democrtaic agenda & platform. 1)Dems support killing babies by abortion. 2) Dems support illegal immigration and illegal immigrants 3) Dems apologize to the world and blame America first. 4) Dems encourage social irresponsibility 5) The Dems despise capitalism. They try to discourage hard work, risk taking and responsibility and think that if you get wealthy its because of luck and chance. 6) Dems divide by class in order to create a citizenary that is dependent on the almighty politians for their handouts while punishing the successful. 7) Finally, Dems are morally bankrupt and believe that people should shove their sexual preferences down everyone elses throat. Some time soon Ms. Kagan the liberal lesbian will exit the closet ……. and we wonder why A$$ Clown Brown praised her confirmation. They both slithered out from underneath the same rock. I say try AC Brown for treason. INSURRECTION NOW - RISE UP AGAINST YOUR LIBERAL GOVERNMENT!
