Montgomery County Republicans seek records
The Montgomery County Republican Party has filed an extensive public records request with Montgomery County related to the county’s failure to properly monitor social services funding.
The party is seeking records pertaining to the county’s funding of Southern Christian Leadership Conference Dayton Chapter and the Interdenominational Ministerial Alliance, both of which lost all funding in the wake of a Dayton Daily News investigation that raised questions about the group’s handling of the money
The county is responding to the request.
Party chairman Greg Gantt could not be reached for comment.

I was once a democrat but no longer…the party is being run by far leftists and has moved beyond was is sensible. I am a moderate that will no longer accept such government abuses, even though some of my desires for social justice will die. Government leaders are not strong enough to resist greed…government positions makes millionaires out of 100K jobs.

So much for the “good stewards” of our tax dollars. There are some good programs out there that are going to suffer because these frauds went unchecked! It wasn’t just “dropping the ball” Dan Folley. You are negligent… or maybe worse. Do the right thing.

Would someone please get to the bottom of this. Its as if the democrats and their puppet Deborah Feldman are giving money away like monoply money. As it stands right now there will be no money and no business in this county for my children, and they will have to move away to find a job in Georgia or Indiana.

What is happening within Montgomery County is shameful at best. I have not heard about the health insurance issue that is mentioned, but the amount of money that has gone to other organizations unchecked is enough to make anyone sick. My husband lost his job when his company moved and we have had to pay all our own health insurance out of our pocket since then. I read about former elected officials getting great discounts on their health insurance and our cobra costs were $1400/month. We would rather pay our own than take a government subsidy. I sure hope someone begins to look into more of the issues that are occuring in this county.

the bigger news is the health insurance scandal and the millions of dollars that were paid out in fraudulent claims to employees that were claiming benefits for their neighbors and others. Notice teh county has been quiet about that. Not even released the consultants report from the audit. Will the employees identified be fired? prosecuted?? how about suing to get $$ back from fraudulent claims? who said that feldman runs a tight ship? she is a poor administrator who has no clue what is going on…get rid of her. Oh that’s right she is a liberal demoncrat so no chance of that happening.

I am a lifelong Republican, but must defend Debbie Feldman as a person of high integrity. Mistakes were made, but there is no pattern misuse of money on her part. On the other hand, I’ve known Raleigh Trammell for years too, and he’s as slimey as they come. The Dems trusted their own kind (SCLC)too much, and the Repubs trust their own kind too much too. Crooks are crooks.

That Deb Feldman is probably *hitting her pants, right now. She has been one of the biggest crooks to scam Dayton since McLin.

This may turn out to be a pandoras box. About time the democrats were looked into for a change.

I am sure they will find that “Our Savior” Deb Feldman let Raleigh Trammel make off with hundreds of thousands of dollars UNCHECKED. Feldman should be held responsible and terminated!

To what end? What do the Montgomery County Republicans think they will find?
