Oops! President Obama puts Fisher in Illinois, returns him to Ohio

President Barack Obama introduces lots of people from lots of places so maybe it’s understandable that he goofs once in a while.

Today, Sept. 8, Obama, Parma, introduced Democratic Lt. Gov. Lee Fisher as the “soon-to-be junior senator from the great state of Illinois..” and then caught himself and said Ohio. Fisher is running against Republican Rob Portman, who’s also from Ohio.

Here’s a video clip:

Incorrect or not, democracy was the popular self-label during the Cold War. This is sooo the wrong era to be a stickler for vocabulary. Bribe a teacher.

Come to think of it, Fisher might prefer to run in Illinois. As a Dem, he would have the benefit of his party’s army of dead voters. He will need all the help he can get, and Cleveland’s army of dead voters and ACORN recruits is not going to be enough here in Ohio. Perhaps he can help plow the road for Obama when he is dismissed in 2012 and found a law firm that will hire him.

Enough with the Democrats and this liberal-welfare loving President. I am for personal responsibility, therefore, voting Kasich for Governor and Portman for Senate. Who’s with me?

How is this even news? With all the stupidity these days, this is nothing. Not like the Arizona crying about headless corpses. Now THERE’S a gaffe. Move along, people!

Since when is Lee Fisher a “Democratic Governor”? Aren’t we all part of the democracy? The writer obviously means Democrat LT. Governor. Just funny he would make such an error while pointing out someone else’s faux paux.

This is the umpteenth million gaffe this clown has made in the last two years. If you throw in Biden’s record these two bozo’s are record setters. When is the liberal media going to pound them the way they treated Dan Quayle, or George Bush or Gerald Ford? Why does the media want this racist, inept, inexperienced clown in office?

Illinois can have Fisher. I’m OK with this ruling.
