CBSNews/NY Times poll: Ohioans angry at Washington
More than three in four Ohio residents say they are either dissatisfied or angry at Washington, according to a new CBS News/New York Times poll released on Tuesday.
In the poll, just 18 percent say they are satisfied and only three percent are enthusiastic.
Ohioans seems to be angrier than that the rest of the country.
Twenty nine percent say they are angry at Washington, nine points higher than the 20 percent of Americans overall who said they were angry at Washington in a CBS News/New York Times poll taken earlier this month. Forty seven percent in Ohio say they are dissatisfied in the new poll.
The CBS News/New York Times poll on Ohio will be released in full at 6:30 p.m.
This poll was conducted among a random sample of 1,114 adults in Ohio, interviewed by telephone September 23-27, 2010, including 973 registered voters, according to a CBS News report.
Phone numbers were dialed from random digit dial samples of both standard land-line and cell phones. The error due to sampling for results based on the entire sample could be plus or minus three percentage points, the report said.

Are you actually happy that our Wall Street Gazillionaires are going to get their tax break? And are you guys happy that you will not have a commuter rail project now that your stupid GOP governor has killed it? How’s that going?

Yes, voters in my district are angry—angry at the arrogance of John Boehner. He should come to his district and debate his challenger Justin Coussoule.

Wrong again Philman! You really don’t know Boehner,or the many many who are fed up with him. Boehner calls the payoffs “contributions.” I don’t know what he calls the free golf outings to sunny out of State locations. And I’m a house

You angry union thugs need to get a grip…#1 Boehner does not take payoffs from corps. it’s Illegal, do you have any proof? #2 why is Jennifer Brunner refusing to take 5800 dead Ohio voters names off the active voters list.I will call her and ask why 614-466-2585

If we don’t hold career politicians accountable, they will continue to screw us over! John Boehner takes huge payoffs from corporate donors, votes against small businesses and middle class Americans, and never shows his orange face in his district. Send him to the golf course full time! Vote Justin Coussoule-West Point grad, former Army captain, small business owner, a candidate who has accepted no money from corporations or the DNC, a man who knows what service means!

Angry at Washington? Vote NO more Boehner. 20 years of nothing is something to be angry at. Boehner voting to support tax cuts for corporations that outsource Ohio JOBS is something to be angry at. Boehner being a professional GOP fundraiser rather than a representative for SW Ohio is something to be angry at. Boehner selling out to lobbyists is something to be angry at. VOTE FOR JUSTIN COUSSOULE!

WASHINGTON, Sept 28 (Reuters) - U.S. Senate Republicans blocked a Democratic bill on Tuesday to end tax deductions enjoyed by companies that close their U.S. plants and move overseas……The bill would repeal deferral for companies that close or cut a business in the U.S. and start or expand overseas with the intention of importing goods for sale in the United States…. You go Repubs,, destroying America one day at a time

No one is Mr. Inside Washington MORE than John Boehner. Let’s show him the door and get Justin Coussoule a seat in Congress to replace that lobby buddy Boehner.

Whoops! I sure wish there was a preview button: Make that, “to”, instead of “too”. I also left out my spaces after commas, for the grammatically inclined.

@Incredible, Your fake persona is beyond ridiculous. You make it sound like people on “the dole” are living the high life, when it’s actually quite the opposite. Mortgage? You can’t have any tangible assets to get a free ride, buddy. You are mocking the poor folks out there who have lost their jobs, health insurance, pensions, homes, not too mention their DIGNITY. God forbid that misfortune comes knocking at your door. Instant karma, friend.

Hey, Incredible, they just ‘polled’ the anger….wait until they see the anger manifested in far more tangible forms…..From school levies to the governor’s mansion….look out, the voters will exact revenge.
