John and Annie Glenn team up for Cordray TV ad

Former U.S. Sen. John Glenn and his wife Annie have teamed up in a new TV ad for Democratic Attorney General Richard Cordray.

Cordray’s locked in a tough race with former U.S. Sen. Mike DeWine, the Cedarville Republican.

Although the ad doesn’t mention it, DeWine was Glenn’s opponent in 1992 when Glenn, the former astronaut, won election to his fourth and final U.S. Senate term.

Here’s the ad, which is running statewide, including in the Dayton area:

I’m a fiscal conservative. Cordray is not but I’d rather have someone that has some competency in his job (even if I disagree with his politics). Then there is a career politician RINO (Republican In Name Only) the likes of Mike DeWine (DeRino) pretending he would be competent in this post. He’s been most incompetent in every other role that he has served. Yes, the Republicans are going to make a huge gain November 2nd but there is still room for those who serve in a professional manor and little room for those who pretend. It’s time for DeRino to retire from politics. Cordray will get my vote.

It is sad to see a man with a history of achievement fail politically. His party has been invaded and ransacked by dedicated Marxist/Socialists, and the old man sits idly by and lends his name to a party bent on the destruction of this Republic. He is a lost elitist, powerful, arrogant, promoting another arrogant elitist for his run at being the number one lawman in Ohio. The Democrat party loathes “rule of law”. Watch as Cordray mimics his mentor in the White House, shirks law, and allows political/”legal” mob rule. You’ve been warned.

I believe Ms. Huffman may have intended to state that so many of our freedoms would be in the charge of our socialist govt. if we don’t change directions. I have no intention of laying down and letting these clowns create all these rules for our society. Glenn is well known for his history but does not have my respect for his political efforts. I support Boehner, Portman and DeWine as well. This Soros Philanthropist is a menace to society! He uses his billions to sneak in the alleys and back ways to stop our freedom of speech and our gun rights. He works around Obama and Mayor Bloomberg. Not people I respect.

It does not surprise me to hear of Glenn supporting Cordray. I am so concerned with the loss of reality among our general public. So many unaware that we are losing our freedom to the Obama agenda. Their main belief is that our freedom of speech, our right to protect our homes with guns (with all safety and legal means), the right to be an individual and believe as we wish instead of following what is politically correct. I stand against the healthcare bill, cap and trade, the people directly working with Obama like George Soros, Van Jones and Cass Sunstein. I support Dewine, John Boehner and Portman! They will direct us away from the socialist path!
