Dayton attorney suspended
In a 7-0 decision released Tuesday, the Ohio Supreme Court suspended the law license of Dayton attorney Kevin M. Hunt for six months.
Hunt, an attorney since 2001, neglected legal matters in a medical negligence case and divorce case, failing to respond to clients seeking information about their cases.
The court found that Hunt’s conduct violated state discipline rules that govern attorneys.

Here is a Christmas jingle dedicated to the IUE-CWA. Repeat it 10 times and it actually sounds good. “Vote out Winship. Kick out Kaine. Throw out Jim. And Matt will follow” Merry Christmas.

In reference to today’s DDN article, “Rules lay out workers’union rights” the IUE-CWA is the primary reason workers should refuse to organize! When President Clark’s son lost his job in the auto industry in 2008, he was hired to work at the IUE-CWA international union in Moraine. Threfore, he received a privilege not afforded to any other laid-off worker at that company. Workers should get to spend their $30 a month earmarked for union dues on groceries, not on so called representation.
