And the winner still is… “Project Runway”

After 6 hours of sleep, I’m pretty much still feeling the same way about last night’s (October 18) finale.

Did I miss something or did this episode seem all about the fashion show and less about the goings on behind the scenes like we saw in other years? It seemed a little boring.

While each of the collections were unique and clearly had points of view, I think the judges failed to make the case for Jeffery.

1) He broke the rules - by going over budget and having work without receipts. 2) His work wasn’t that great. While certainly better than anything I could have ever accomplished. 3). He’s just rude… . “I wanted people to hate me.” Bravotv.com

It seemed like a toss up between Laura and Uli. Their designs were wearable and maintained a clear point of view. In terms of range, Uli stepped it up by creating a collection, as Heidi Klumm said, “I would wear everything.â€? While Laura was predictable, who couldn’t say that about many of the well-known designers of the world like, Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren and others?

Weigh in - who should have won and why?

So, I had wanted Michael to win, but I will also admit, his final designs didn’t wow me, at all. I wasn’t a Uli fan or hater, but did love her final collection. Laura is too boring for me, and well Jeffery, can’t stand him or his designs. Stunned doesn’t even begin to explain my reaction! Makes me question if I would watch a Season 4.

WOW! I, too, was a bit perplexed by Jeffrey’s win! I hafta admit, Michael Knight’s runway show was completely aweful! I personally thought, given his previous work, that he was a shoe-in. Laura’s work was stunning! And after initally seeing all 4 designers, I thought it was a toss-up between Laura and Uli! I must disagree, however, as I don’t think that the final episode was boring. I almost had heart failure waiting to find out the outcome of “Jeffrey-Gate” (lol).

The judges said that a. Jeffery’s two dresses were not well done, and b. Uli’s collection was what women wanted to wear. And Jeffery won? What’s wrong with this picture?

I agree, although Michael was my favorite going in to the fashion shows, Uli definitely came out on top for me. I guess Jeffrey is just not my style of designer but I thought his clothes were not attractive and I don’t like anything that he wears personally. Plus he’s an A$$hole. I love Uli’s and Laura’s collections and Micheal Kors can’t tell anybody that their collection looks the same because his clothing line has changed in 20 years. Uli was robbed point blank. When I watched her show I was “turned on” it moved me.

Of all the people who could/should have won I never in a million years would pick Jeffrey. Uli… yes, Michael… yes but Jeffrey.. NEVER
