‘American Idol’ - Did the Ohio teen make it through for another week?

28 million votes later, America has spoken and the round one results are just around the corner… but who will America send home?

Simon says, “some people were good and some people weren’t.” Profound words to set the show a sail.

What a kick! I loved the opening number. What a great way to put all this talent together. I wish they would have put part of this into the first nights’ performances. It also seems they may have done something with the sound… it was mixed so much better than the last two nights performances.

So who will be heading home?

For the guys…

Garrett Haley, Ohio’s contestant, was the first to be sent home for season 7. Tuesday night’s performance was a little weak. So, it doesn’t come as a big surprise Garrett went home… great try Garrett!

Next out for girls is…

Amy Davis. Her performance tonight (FEB 21) and last night was weak and was a good choice to send home.

In an unexpected twist - Paula and Randy preview their upcoming album - “Dance like there’s no tomorrow.” Paula looks amazing!

Back to the show.

Joanne Borgella, I’m not sure I would have sent her home of all of the choices… I thought she did a little better than several of the other girls. But, America has voted.

Finally, the guys.

Colton Berry, is the final contestant to go for the night. Despite Simon’s thoughts, Randy and Paula tried to encourage Colton to keep up singing. Simon told Colton on audition night of his performance, “It was okay… it wasn’t quite as bad as the other Elvis song. You have no relevance in the music industry.”

So the question for tonight, Did America send the right four home? Thoughts anyone?

‘Project Runway’ Reunion Recap - Season 4

What we learned tonight (FEB 20) on the Project Runway 4 Reunion show.

Victorya had a show for Mercedes Benz Fashion Week. (was it me or did she really not want to be on the reunion show?)

The paparazzi love sweet pea even when Brad Pitt is nearby.

Little girls send their scans to the designers for approval and suggestions.

Victorya is always uptight. Everyone agreed.

The three questions Jack gets asked about PR: Is Tim really that nice? Is Heidi really that Pretty? Are you coming back for next season? - Yes, Yes, and maybe.

Kevin, claims to be straight…even after the show. Tim added, “If being on Project Runway doesn’t turn you gay, nothing will.”

Alyissa is from a happy planet. She also writes backward.

Ricky - likes to cry… I think we might have already known that…

Chris, loves to laugh. When the show was airing I didn’t really notice all the laughing but during the recap show - oh what we missed.

I knew the judges had to laugh at some of the runway challenges. Tonight we learned they did! That might have been my favorite part of the whole season!

The six designers who participated in the WWE Challenge tapped into their personal Divas to create:

Ferocia Coutura -signature move - hairspray in the eyes then a tight pony tail

Tuffie - signature move - Pirouette into a kick

Wonder Woman -signature move- something people with large breast

Ramilicious - Draped piece of fabric wrapped around his arms

Spread Eagle - headlock and break their neck.

Mexican Jumping bean - twirl and a kick.

Who is the toughest judge ?- Heidi - she says what she thinks.

Heidi likes to dangle the sausage.

The show (Project Runway) is not as easy as it seems.

So, who was this season’s fan favorite?

By a landslide… the answer is…

Christian… and I thought it would have been Jack.

What do you love/loathe about this season of Project Runway?

Josiah Leming, American Idol castoff, doing well on his own

For a guy who has been living in his car, all for the sake of music, being castoff by ‘American Idol’ could have sent him into a downward spiral. But, the tear at the drop of disappointment twenty something is making it big as a Idol reject.

Leming appeared on the Ellen DeGeneres show on Monday (Feb 18) where he preformed one of his more moving melodies, ‘To Run.’

All in all, pretty good for an Idol castoff!
