Since the DVR still isn’t working and I don’t have two hours to hold for Time Warner to help fix/”refresh the queue - I have to watch the results and the commercials - live.

What was that Ford commercial…. I think I’d ask for a refund!

Making it through as the American Idol top ten are:

Ramiele, David A, Brooke, Chikeze, Michael, Syesha, Jason, David C, Carly and

In the bottom three: Kristy, Carly, Amanda

And the one going home is… (Simon agrees) American Idol’s rock’n nurse

Amanda goes home… I didn’t think her performance was as bad as some of the others… but America has voted…. do you agree?

Forgive me, but I can’t remember her name. She left such a poor impression upon me……..the girl with the hideous tattoos. Not at all endearing.Also a ‘Screamer’ and a paid singer. “American Idol” come on seven seasons. What about a level playing field for young up and coming talent in the music business. Kristy will be next to go, or the Tattoo lady. Brooke White…a bright shooting star….no future in Hollywood they would eat her and her marriage alive. The guys: well ‘cutie pie’ with braids soon to go……….. I love the show…especially the ‘Drama’ with Simon I think it is well orchestrated by the producers. It keeps me on the edge of my seat. I even watch all the re-runs (replays) Former live D.J. in the 80’s and still love music.

We can’t re-invent the wheel. I always think I am in a time warp when I watch Amanda strutting around and screaming God only knows what.As Simon said, he only caught 30% of what she screamed. I believe way back we had the ‘Mods’ and ‘Rockers’ screaming. Come on young people be original, as were the legends of Old. The ‘Beatles’ for example that some of you so eloquently emulated. The rest well go home to where ever and stop being dis-respectful to your older and betters, i.e the Judges and the American voting viewers.

I loved her…she was the best.. I think her look turned some people off…She is so cool…She is so much better than…you know ..the girl that sings sort of country…you know…????whats her name…

Maybe this will work? Unplug your DVR for 10 minutes and then plug it back in and wait for the time to come up. Hope it works.

Thankfully America finally got a clue and got rid of skunk girl. I don’t know that I could’ve stood for her god-awful gravelly voice and ridiculous hair another week. Kristy Lee Cook better really knock us off our feet next week though or she’ll end up being next off.
