Winner Crowned on Dancing with the Stars - Finale Update - No surprises here
It’s all but over… another season of Dancing with the Stars comes to and end and the winner is…
Well, if it were only that easy. At the end of a two-hour extravaganza America will learn who will take home the mirror ball trophy for Season 7 of Dancing with the Stars.
Going into the final, just a few points separate the three remaining couples
- Brooke Burke & Derek Hough - Total Score - 58 out of 60
- Lance Bass & Lacey Schwimmer - Total Score -53 out of 60
- Warren Sapp & Kym Johnson - Total Score - 53 out of 60
Each couple gets to dance one last chance to prove to the judges they have what it takes to be the champions.
Tonight’s Dance - The Hustle If it all comes down to this dance - I’d say Warren and Kym are out. 10 weeks of competing have taken their toll on the couple.
Judges Comments
Len Goodman - 9 - You might not be the judge’s champion but I’m sure you’re the public’s champions
Bruno Tonioli - 9 - You are the craftiest of them all.
Carrie Ann Inaba -9 - You two are too cool for school. Total Score 27 out of 30 combined total 80 out of 90 points
Tonight’s dance - The Jitterbug I think the tried a little too hard - but it was fun to watch.

Bruno Tonioli - 10 - You have become a great showman.
Carrie Ann Inaba -9 - You so deserve to be here… Total Score 28 out of 30 - Combined total 81 out of 90
Tonight’s dance - Viennese Waltz She only need 24 to stay in the lead… will it happen? It was pretty to watch… I thought they might have gone for a higher energy number - nonetheless, this was a safe choice.

Len Goodman - 10 - Northing I’ve seen has made me change my mind… that was the best Viennese Waltz.
Bruno Tonioli - 10 - A grand performance.
Carrie Ann Inaba - 10 - Brooke you are a star. Total Score 30 out of 30 - Combined total 88 out of 90
So who won?
Finishing in third place is Lance Bass & Lacey Schwimmer
Coming in second place Warren Sapp & Kym Johnson
So, Brooke Burke & Derek Hough are walking away with this year’s Mirror Ball trophy and the season seven championship. Few couples have been more consistent performers this season than Brooke and Derek, so all seems right in the Dancing with the Stars ballroom… Agree?

I think most people could agree with this. Warren was a good showman, but Brooke was good show after show, man.
