Meijer shades, roll-up blinds recalled
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced Tuesday, March 2, that shades and roll-up blinds sold by Meijer are voluntarily being recalled due to a strangulation hazard.
The recall covers about 240,000 units of Innovations and “At Home with Meijer” Roman Shades and Roll-Up Blinds.
Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise instructed.
The shades and blinds were sold at Meijer stores and Meijer.com between January 2004 and December 2009 for about $40.
