Bauer youth hockey sticks recalled
It was announced at the beginning of this month that Bauer youth and junior hockey sticks, shafts and blades were recalled because they reportedly contain excessive levels of lead and violate the federal lead paint standard.
According to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Health Canada, more than 120,000 products were recalled.
Consumers should take the recalled sticks, shafts and blades away from children immediately and contact Bauer for a replacement or refund.
