What do to with unused gift cards
Our friends at GiftCardGranny.com recently compiled data from more than 70,000 gift-card alerts by more than 4,000 people with interesting results.
The survey found there was only a six-card difference between Walmart and Target, the top two merchants. Other favorites included Amazon, Macy’s, Starbucks and Home Depot.
If, however, you receive a gift card that wasn’t in your top 10 list, then trade it for cash on GiftCardGranny.com Dec. 26 during its annual Gift Card Exchange Day, which was designed to provide consumers with instant access to bids from resellers eager to stock up on gift cards after the holidays.
