Palin gets flak for daughter’s public baby daddy drama
It’s not exactly like the Hatfields and the McCoys, but there is definitely a feud between the Palin and Johnston families.
Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin’s family kicked hard Monday, April 6, basically calling Levi Johnston, Bristol Palin’s baby daddy, a big fat moose-loving liar.
“Levi has never lived under the same roof as Bristol or any of the Palins,” a Palin family spokeswoman told CNN.
Wowza!
The family referred to Levi’s appearance with his mom and sister on the April 6 episode of “The Tyra Bank Show.”
Sarah Palin swung back and is now catching flak from those who say that by commenting on Levi’s Tyra interview, she made it must-see TV.
A statement from the family Friday was even sharper.
“Bristol did not even know Levi was going on the show. We’re disappointed that Levi and his family, in a quest for fame, attention, and fortune, are engaging in flat-out lies, gross exaggeration, and even distortion of their relationship,” the statement said.
Johnston, who until recently was engaged to Bristol, said he moved in with the Palins in December, shortly before the birth of baby Tripp.
During the Tyra interview, Johnston, 19, also implied Sarah Palin, probably knew he was having relations of the sexual type with then underage Bristol.
And Johnston hinted he was suffering a case of baby mama drama, saying Bristol allows him to see Tripp, but won’t let him take the child anywhere.

Aside from the complete lack of news-worthiness, this article smacks of poor journalism. Since when has baby-daddy and baby-mama been accepted as part of jounalistic writing. Although, I have to admit that is why I read this, but not because of the content. I read it to find out if thes terms were actually included in the body of the article or if it was simply headline sensationalism. Sadly, I was disappointed to find that a professional journalist was actually permitted to publish such an unprofessional piece.By PamSpam

As is known, most evangelicals have a stigma about sex. And, will blame everyone around them for the actions of their family members. The Palin’s are examples of this. So, the daughter was sexually active and enjoyed it enough to continue the relationship. And got knocked up in the process. Obviously, the “abstinence only” program didn’t work too well for them. We all knew that the “marriage plans” were a sham during the elections. It was a PR ploy. As was Sarah Palin and her God talk.By Walt

I’m sure “grandma” was most upset that she wasn’t invited on the “Tyra Banks Show”. We need to hear more of her Family Values parenting.By Bill

The Palin family is white trash, and thank God they are no where near the White House. That’s what I think. Any family that has teenage brides, attempted shotgun weddings, hillybilly heroin arrests of the mom-in-law, and the involvement of Tyra Banks is white trash. They need to move to east Dayton. They’d fit right in.By Sarah

Imagine if McCain had won the election (scary isn’t it). The economy would be taking a back seat to the GOP dealing with the trash fest also known as the Palin family. I thought the baby daddy was a respectable citizen, not some crazy redneck that didn’t want kids(like he stated). Now he’s a bad boy again. McCain had no sense, and the longer Palin stays around the GOP, the better (for the democrats that is). Palin in 2012.By citizen

Let me get this straight. This COUNTRY has just been humiliated by a president that HATES this country, N. Korea lauches a NUC over Japan, Castro is owed an apology, we have just been told we are not a Christian nation by OUR president, every other cabinet appointee in this admin is a crook..and you report on Palin’s teen daughters personal issues. You gotta love you hypocrites in the media……..keep up the lousy work.By citizen is a moron

Humiliated? What is a NUC? Is that a missile that doesn’t work, because that’s what North Korea just launched. When Bush was president N. Korea developed and detonated nuclear weapons. That was not on Obama’s watch. Bush was also on duty during a little thing called 9-11. We are not a Christian nation. We’re a democratic nation. Any nation that is built on killing the native population (Indians) and slavery can hardly claim to be a christian nation. Jesus would have cried if he saw how this country got started. Go back to your hole.By brenda

Please. What happened to the terms ‘father’ and ‘mother?’ I am sick of people who call themselves journalists using street vernacular and slang in their articles. This is NOT ‘Saturday Night Live,’ This is reality. And the Palin family is as far away from reality as any one family can be.By Norma Jeane

Petty & vindictive…definitely NOT Pres. material. Thank you Sarah - tabloid entertainment at it’s finest! It’s sort of like watching the Britney Spears meltdown or the Anna Nicole Smith trial. Don’t blame the public for wanting to see the cIowns - blame Palin & Co. for keeping the circus going. Her press release from the governor’s office on Bristol’s relationship w/Levi was like a note between 7th graders. I loved it!By Willis

Sarah is the mean girl type…the one we knew from Jr. High. Bet she is so pissed & jealous at the kid Levi for stealing some spotlight and because he got on the Tyra show before she got a chance to call People Magazine (again) first! This “grown” woman is bitter, shameless & apparently will stoop to any low. Maybe she is pre-menopausal hmmmm?By lynnrockets

Say what you like about the Palins but Levi’s Mom is still accused of being a drug-dealer, and you’ll notice that Bristol is keeping her mouth shut. Sounds as though Levi is out for his 15 min of fame. Sad….. shutshut.sSSounds
