Dayton gets spotlight in suspense thriller

From staff writer Jordan Pridemore

Ever wonder what would happen if anarchists started taking over different cities in the United States?

Former Dayton resident Jim Rath answers just that in his newly released novel, “American Anarchy” (Cornerstone Book, $24.95).

The suspense thriller featuring unlikely heroes and unlikely settings includes a scene that takes place at the Dayton International Airport.

“I was stationed at Wright-Patt, I met my wife at Affair on the Square, and started my first company in the area. How could I not include Dayton in the book?” said Rath.

Rath now lives in Kona, Hawaii, but annually visits his grandchildren in the Miami Valley.

The book is available at amazon.com and Barnes and Noble.
