Date for different kind of Hair Ball set
Hair and the people who make it look fabulous will be celebrated at the Ohio Hair Ball, 7 p.m. Sunday, August 30, at Michael’s, 40 N. Main St., Dayton.
Don’t worry, it’s not the sort of hairball cat owners are use to.
This one aims to raising awareness of domestic violence.
The Dayton chapter of Cut it Out, a program of the Salons Against Domestic Abuse Fund, is inviting stylist from all over the state to the event, an entertainment packed party is for beauticians, barbers, nail techs, makeup artists, estheticians and massage therapists.
The event includes live music from Premium Blend, vendors, networking, door prizes and a 7:30 p.m. special reception for salon owners and managers.
Admission to the Hair Ball is $15 before Aug. 15 and $20 after that date. The owner reception admission is $30 before Aug. 15 and $35 there after.
