Who needs bread? KFC tests Double Down sandwich’ with bacon

KFC is crazy like a chicken.

After rocking the public with its grilled chicken meal giveaway earlier this year, The Colonel is going a, er, very fried way.

Kentucky Fried Chicken is testing the Double Down ‘sandwich’ in Providence, R.I., and Omaha, Neb., according to the Los Angeles Times.

No bread is involved in the making of the sandwich, just lots of fried.

Who needs bread when you can have fried chicken fillets, cheese, bacon and a mysterious sauce? It looks yummy and I don’t even like chicken.

Oh yeah, and it sounds low fat right. (wink)

Someone’s heart may just explode with this one.

What’s pathetic is that many people link chicken with healthy and will actually think they are eating healthy. KFC and fast food joints count on the ignorance of their patrons.

Wow. That is some good sandwich idea right there. Not healthy but if YOU are healthy, who cares. Gotta get one of these!
