Savona will pair four-course dinner with Sierra Nevada beers

CENTERVILLE — Savona Restaurant, 79 S. Main St., will host a Sierra Nevada beer dinner at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, March 24. A representative from the brewery will be the special guest. The menu includes Kellerweis-steamed Mussels with Brie and Crispy Prosciutto, served with Sierra Nevada Kellerweis; Braised Pork Belly with Hydro Bibb L and Horseradish Pale Ale Vinaigrette, served with Sierra Nevada Pale Ale; Grilled Pork Chop with Fried White Cheddar Polenta, Braised Greens and Tarragon Mustard Sauce, served with Sierra Nevada Torpedo IPA; and Gateau Saint-Honore Nouvelle with Chocolate and Cherries, served with Bigfoot Barley Wine.
