3 Kettering Tower tenants have inked lease renewals

Three businesses have renewed their leases on office space in Kettering Tower, the city’s tallest office tower, the Downtown Dayton Partnership said Monday, Nov. 2.

According to the partnership, the companies include:

  • Law firm Rogers & Greenberg LLP has inked a five-year renewal in Kettering Tower;
  • Clark Schaeffer Hackett, an accounting and business consultation firm, has renewed its lease for two more years; and
  • AMPCO System Parking, signed up for another three years in the tower and also expanded its space by another 300 square feet.
