MIAMISBURG — Ohio Gravure Technologies Inc. will relocate to Byers Business Park here in May 2012, executives said.

Plans call for the former Daetwyler R&D to occupy 27,000 square feet of the building, a little more than half its square footage. The company currently is located at 2133 Lyons Road, Miamisburg.

Udo Dittmar, company president, said the new location will allow the 35-employee company to continue to grow.

The park, located on Byers Road near Benner Road, is a joint venture between Mark Fornes Realty Inc. and Construction Managers of Ohio. The developers have constructed to buildings in the park and leased space in them to Dayton Superior Corp., Crane America Services, Matrix Systems Inc., Dental Services Group and Endolite.

In 2000, Daetwyler purchased Ohio Electronic Engravers in Beavercreek.

Mark Fornes said the 50,000-square-foot building should be completed in April 2012.
