Cadillac Jack’s is back in Fairborn

The Hangar 18 Drinking Joint & Hangout at 1156 Kauffman Ave. in Fairborn has returned to its sports-bar roots, and is now Cadillac Jack’s again.

The bar-restaurant had switched to an alien-themed pub in March 2014, but ownership remained the same, and Hangar 18 was still part of the group of sports bars that included Cadillac Jack’s in the Centerville area and Caddy’s Tap Room (formerly Cadillac Jack’s) in Beavercreek. Billy Joe Deck, co-owner along with his wife Denise of all three bars, said the switch back to Cadillac Jack’s has been welcomed by customers.

“Business is better, back to what it was before,” Deck said.

All three of Deck’s establishments are gearing up to start delivery service, including lunch-time delivery, on or about Oct. 1, Deck said.

There are no plans to return Caddy’s Tap Room in Beavercreek back to a Cadillac Jack’s. “Everyone is really liking what we did there,” Deck said.

The three pubs’ co-owner said he is contemplating adding Cadillac Jack’s locations in the region, and will make a decision in the spring of 2016.
