“This new clinic location is an exciting opportunity to build on the department’s long tradition of providing high quality primary care for older adults, with a focus on team-based care for those with memory loss and their caregivers, as well as establishing a Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment Clinic,” stated Daniel Swagerty, director of Wright State Physicians Geriatrics. “The clinic will provide multiple services designed to promote healthy aging in the Dayton area and southwest Ohio.”

In addition, the team performs assessments for common geriatric conditions like falls, memory concerns and declining function.
