County Corp adds homeownership center to portfolio

County Corp will assume the role of managing member of The HomeOwnership Center of Dayton, adding to its expanding portfolio of community services.

St. Mary Development Corporation was the former managing member of The HomeOwnership Center of Greater Dayton. The center provides homebuyers with access to financial education, lending programs, down payment assistance and foreclosure prevention.

Julie Deacon has been named executive director of the center, and will report to the president of County Corp. Both companies will now share resources and infrastructure.
