WASHINGTON TWP., Montgomery County — The Pour Haus, a restaurant and sports bar whose house specialty is pizza, is on the market for $225,000.
Included in the sale is the business, its equipment and liquor license, said Gwen Leen , the real estate agent with Best Commercial Realtors who listed the property.
The building is not included.
The 3,000-square-foot space for the Pour Haus, located at 536 Miamisburg-Centerville Rd., is leased from the Oberer Cos. at $13.50 per square foot annually, according to Leen.
The business is owned by the Hayden family, which also is offering to sell the Chimneys Inn of Miamisburg, said Leen, who also is handling that listing.
The Chimneys Inn is being offered for $350,000, including the liquor license and the landmark building it occupies at 67 S. Main St. in Miamisburg, Leen said Monday, Oct. 5.
The Chimneys Inn closed to daily dining in 2008, but continued to offer catering along with special events in the Miamisburg facility, according to chef-owner Matthew Hayden, who is also a co-owner of the Pour Haus.
Hayden said he closed the Chimneys Inn to spend more time on his catering business and other business ventures, and with family.
