DAYTON — Fisher Electric Inc. of Lewisburg filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection on Tuesday, Nov. 3, in U.S. Bankruptcy Court.

The company, whose address is 6941 Eaton-Lewisburg Road, listed $100 in assets and $263,245 in liabilities.

The company said it had gross sales of $628,040 in 2006, $539,444 in 2007, and had an undisclosed loss in 2008. It did not operate in 2009, according to the bankruptcy filing.
