The buildings are 40 Arndt, which has 6,638 square feet; 93 Arndt, at 7,543 square feet; 96 Arndt, at 7,218 square feet; 103 Arndt, at 7,001 square feet and 106 Arndt, 7,395 square feet.
The buildings are found on one 2.87-acre parcel and another 1.8-acre parcel.
Asked about plans for the sites, the company said it is targeting industrial tenants looking for buildings in the 6,000- to 7,000-square-feet range.
The total transaction price was $947,450, CBRE said.
