Greene Memorial reaffirmed Level 3 trauma center

Kettering Health Network’s Greene Memorial Hospital in Xenia has been re-certified as a Level III emergency trauma center by The American College of Surgeons (ACS), the health system announced Monday.

There are five different levels of trauma centers in the United States, according to the ACS. Level III trauma centers have the resources for emergency resuscitation, surgery, and intensive care of most trauma patients.
