Hedge fund sells apartments next to Good Samaritan Hospital

A California hedge fund sold two Dayton apartment buildings for $1.35 million, including one adjacent to Good Samaritan Hospital.

The apartments at 1333 Fairview Ave. and at 2711 to 2715 Riverside Drive in a sale recorded March 20.

Joel Rastikis, of Manco Property Services, which is the property manager, said the sellers significantly invested into updating and renovating the rental properties before selling them.

The limited liability company that sold the apartments has the same address as Rama Capital Partners LLC, based in Agoura Hills, Cali. Rama Capital appears to have held the properties for a little over four years through different LLCs.

The company sold the properties to Fairview Riverside LLC, which is associated with a Fairborn residential address.

The three-story Nightingale Commons apartment building is across the street from Good Samaritan. The two-story Riverside Apartments are near the intersection with Hillcrest Avenue.
