Hooven-Dayton Corp. said it is installing a new press and plans to hire five additional press-operators.

The labels and documents producer said it has purchased a new printing press, bringing the number of flexo and digital presses the company has to eleven. The press will be installed this month, the company said.

Huntington National Bank and the Community Capital Development Corp. helped finance the new press, the company said. Community Capital Development secured partial financing from the U.S. Small Business Association.

“This new acquisition creates five new press operator positions, for which Hooven-Dayton is now actively recruiting,” the company said in an announcement.

Located in the Commerce Point 70 business park, Hooven-Dayton is a 76-year-old supplier of flexographic, digital labels, coupons and more.
