“Hopefully we can break ground this year,” said owner Sabri Salhieh, who hopes to soon secure a contractor for the work.
Salhieh said he expects the facility to create between five to 10 jobs, with potential for more if business goes well.
The Brandt Pike location will feature a drive-thru wash and 16 vacuum stations, according to planning documents.

The Brandt Pike location — just north of the intersection at Chambersburg Road — was rezoned commercial in September 2014, according to planning documents. An existing house on the property will be razed, according to planning documents.
Salhieh said he has already built a new car wash facility in Columbus slated to open soon.
