DAYTON — The University of Dayton School of Law is hosting a symposium on Friday, July 17, for any lawyers or businesses dealing with intellectual property law and interested in examining how to reform the laws.
Representatives from Fortune 500 companies, lawyers and federal judges will discuss the best practices in dealing with intellectual property law. Speakers include U.S. Court of Federal Claims Judge Edward Damich, Timothy R. Holbrook, professor Chicago-Kent College of Law, and Len Lewis, Proctor & Gamble. The intellectual property law associations of Cincinnati, Dayton, Toledo and Columbus are co-sponsoring the symposium.
The seminar costs $100 for members of the associations, $150 for non-members and $50 for students. Participants can register before Friday, July 10.
