Morris Furniture to give away free furniture to 70 people

Morris Furniture Company will give 70 people at least $100,000 worth of free furniture.

The furniture company, located at 2377 Commerce Blvd. in Fairborn, is celebrating its 70th year of business by giving 70 local residents free furniture. Starting on Sept. 15 and continuing for 70 days, one winner will be selected each day — one winner to represent each year the company has been in business.

"To be able to celebrate our 70th anniversary is truly a very special accomplishment," said owner Larry Klaben. "We are very fortunate to have an incredible team of 500 company associates who are passionate about providing great guest experiences day in and day out. Making Homes Great is not only our company mission, but it is what has separated us from the many home furnishings stores that just sell items."
